Venue

Boise Code Camp will be hosted in the Student Union Building, 1700 University Drive, on the Boise State University campus. The registration desk will be located on the second floor at the top of the stairs near the main entrance.

Parking

Street parking is available around BSU, but watch the signs and know where you are parking. There is limited free parking in the Lincoln garage on the corner of University and Lincoln across from the Student Union Building.

Event Format

The registration desk opens at 8:00AM. At 8:30AM Boise Code Camp starts with the opening ceremonies in the main auditorium. Then, throughout the day, attendees may choose from various breakout sessions. Finally, returning to the main auditorium, Boise Code Camp is wrapped up with the closing ceremonies.

Food & Drink

We will again be offering a catered lunch of pizza and salad, including beverages, will be provided on-site. Sorry, we do not have the ability to accommodate special diets.

Also, the Student Union Building has various scattered vending machines and, in addition, the Union Food Court is on the first floor. On Saturdays the Food Court has the following options for snacks, beverages and various lunch items: Chick-fil-A, Moxie Java, C3 convenience store, and Subway.

Personal Devices

Considerate use of laptops or other devices is permitted during sessions. The Student Union Building has open, unencrypted Wifi. Limited power outlets are available in conference rooms and lounges.
